By installing or using Checkout Friction Observatory you agree to these terms. The service provides automated synthetic monitoring of public storefront checkout flows.

Acceptable use

  • Only monitor stores you own or are authorized to audit
  • Do not attempt to complete real purchases or abuse rate limits
  • Respect Shopify API and theme terms when integrating the app

Service level

Monitoring is best-effort. Health scores and revenue-at-risk figures are estimates, not guarantees of conversion or financial outcomes.

Billing

Paid plans (when enabled) are billed via Shopify Billing or a separate agreement for agencies. Trial installs may be limited by audit volume.
